Our Quality Control Process

Resistance wire, MgO powder, tubes and insulation materials are inspected batch by batch.

Winding pitch, fill density and bending dimensions are measured during production.
- 03100% electrical testing
Every product undergoes resistance, insulation resistance and high-voltage testing.
- 04Product traceability record
Measured values are entered in the product traceability record and can be retrieved later.
