General Information
Custom furnace heating elements are not a mass-produced product but elements calculated according to the internal geometry and power requirement of the furnace. They are installed in the wall, floor and roof zones of drying, annealing, tempering, sintering and heat treatment furnaces.
The wire is selected according to operating temperature. NiCr 80/20 alloy is used up to 1200 °C and offers good mechanical strength and long life.
Open-coil elements are installed on ceramic supports in spiral or zigzag form. It is critical that the element can expand freely on the support; a constrained coil overlaps itself when it heats up and expands, causing a short circuit. If you share the furnace body dimensions, a photo of the existing element, and the target temperature and power, we will carry out the calculation and production.

Yes. Send us the removed element or share the wire diameter, coil diameter, total length, power and voltage with a photo. For replacement orders our engineer will contact you to confirm the dimensions.
We use nickel-chromium (NiCr) wire in furnace heating elements. Thanks to its mechanical strength, NiCr lasts long in furnaces with frequent heating and cooling cycles. The wire diameter is determined for each project according to furnace temperature and duty cycle.
