Ceramic tubes, insulator beads and European cartridge cores are used to carry and insulate the wire in open-coil furnace heaters, and as the inner core in cartridge heater production. Quotations are based on your dimensions and quantities.
Ceramic tubes and insulator beads separate open-coil resistance wire from the furnace body and hold the wire in place even when hot. Beads are threaded onto the wire to form a flexible insulation line, while tubes are used as carriers on straight runs.
European cartridge cores are the perforated ceramic inner bodies onto which the wire is wound in cartridge heater production. To order, simply send us the outer diameter, the number and diameter of the holes, and the length.
