Our standard product groups cover many applications, but not every heating problem fits a standard product. Our custom design service extends from single-piece manufacturing to series production, based on your sample or technical drawing.
We can start even without a technical drawing: a photo, basic dimensions and operating conditions are enough. We confirm the dimensions and calculate the wattage, an approved dimension list is drawn up, and production starts only after this list has been approved.
Process
- 01Send your request
Send your dimensions, power and operating temperature together with a sample, technical drawing or photo.
- 02Technical evaluation
Our engineer calculates the wattage and prepares a material and shape proposal; if needed, the dimensions are confirmed with you.
- 03Approved dimension list
Before production, dimensions and technical specifications are submitted to you in writing for approval.
- 04Prototype production
After approval, a sample is produced and tested.
- 05Series production
Once the sample is approved, series production is planned; the product code is fixed so repeat orders are easy.
Accepted File Formats
A hand-drawn dimensioned sketch or a clear photo of the existing part is also sufficient.
